Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
- Handle grievance redressal, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee performance management and training programs for employee development.
- Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning and organizational development.
- Manage payroll processing, statutory compliance (ESI, PF, Bonus, Gratuity), and employee benefits.
- Ensure smooth HRMS operations and maintain HR records.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 5-10 years in HR, preferably in the food manufacturing or FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and industrial relations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HR software (HRMS, Payroll systems) is a plus.
