Job Title: School HR Admin
Location: Rudrapur - Kichha, Uttarakhand
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage payroll processes.
- Organize training programs and staff development initiatives.
- Coordinate with school management for HR-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Admin, or similar role in the education sector.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and educational policies.
