Job Opening: Dispatch Executive

Job Description:

• Manage daily dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for smooth dispatch processes.
• Maintain records of dispatched goods, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Ensure proper packaging and documentation for dispatch.
• Address and resolve any delivery-related issues.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages.
• Collaborate with the warehouse and sales teams to meet customer requirements.

Skills Required:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
