- Experience: Minimum 12-15 years of experience in PGT subject

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice Principal to lead our academic team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to the academic team.

2. Curriculum Development: Develop and implement curriculum plans.

3. Teacher Management: Supervise and evaluate teacher performance.

4. Student Welfare: Ensure student well-being and discipline.

5. Communication: Liaise with parents, teachers, and management.

Job Duties (JD)

- Monitor academic progress and provide feedback.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with the Principal and management team.

- Participate in school events and activities.

- Maintain records and reports.
