Job Opening: Senior Sales Manager

Qualification: BBA / MBA / B.Tech
Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years in Aluminium-Based Alloys products

Job Description:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in aluminium-based alloy products.
• Manage key client accounts and build long-term relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
• Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Work closely with production, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely deliveries.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
