Hiring: Maintenance Senior Engineer
Location: Rudrapur
Industry: FMCG

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance for all utility and production equipment.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of machinery such as boilers, turbines, air compressors, and cooling towers.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior engineers, shift in-charges, and operators.
• Oversee spare parts management, safety permits, and vendor coordination.
• Prepare maintenance reports, shift schedules, and optimize processes for minimal downtime.
• Implement and manage projects like machinery erection and commissioning.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in the FMCG / Industrial sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and compliance.
