Urgent Hiring: Quality Manager

Location: Rudrapur
Salary: ₹65,000 CTC per month
Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years in a relevant role

Job Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead Quality Management Systems, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to reduce non-conformities and optimize quality processes.
  • Manage QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) initiatives, addressing customer feedback and complaints effectively.
  • Oversee monthly KPI reviews for the quality department, driving data-driven improvements.
  • Conduct internal and external audits, representing management in ISO compliance and certification processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on process optimization and efficiency gains.
