Job Title: Production Head – FMCG/Manufacturing

Location: Rudrapur , Uttarakhand

Experience Required: Minimum 10+ years in production management within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee production operations, ensuring daily targets are met efficiently.
• Manage production scheduling, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.
• Lead a team of 300+ staff to achieve production efficiency and maintain equipment functionality.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Optimize machine utilization, troubleshoot production issues, and manage preventive maintenance.
• Drive process improvements to reduce costs and enhance product quality.

Preferred Skills:

• Expertise in SAP (Production Planning and Plant Maintenance modules).
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, and mechanical equipment.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and time management abilities.

Education:

• MBA in Operations Management
• B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics Engineering
