Job Title: Production Head – Manufacturing Industry

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Experience Required: Minimum 15+ years in production, manufacturing, and operations with expertise in stamping, welding, and assembly processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee production activities to ensure efficient operations and high-quality output.
• Implement lean systems, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies to improve productivity.
• Manage new plant setups and drive process optimizations.
• Achieve cost reduction through manpower, raw material, and power utilization.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve departmental KPIs (PQCDMSE).
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Skills:

• Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, Kanban, and Six Sigma certification.
• Strong knowledge of IoT and Industry tools.
• Expertise in production planning, line balancing, and cost optimization.
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP and other industrial tools.

Education:

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• MBA in Operations Management 

Salary: 150000 to 200000 per month
