*Urgent Hiring for Renowned Schools in Kashipur & Haldwani*  
*Position*: Vice Principal  
*Salary*: ₹8 LPA to ₹10 LPA + Additional Perks & Benefits  

*Key Responsibilities*:
- Lead and manage the academic and administrative functions of the school.
- Oversee curriculum development and implementation, ensuring high educational standards.
- Provide mentorship and support to teachers and staff.
- Foster a positive learning environment for both students and faculty.
- Collaborate with the school management to achieve academic and operational goals.
- Handle parent communication and resolve student-related concerns effectively.

*Desired Qualifications & Experience*:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in PGT-level teaching, specializing in a particular subject.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing educational institutions.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum planning and implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
