Job Opportunity: Finance Head – Manufacturing Company, Okhla, Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements like GST, TDS, and income tax filings.
• Manage cash flow, fund allocation, and working capital to optimize financial health.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders for audits and funding.
• Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and strategies to support business growth.
• Conduct risk analysis and provide strategic financial insights to the management.
• Supervise and mentor the finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

• M.Com/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• 10+ years of experience in finance, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Salary:

₹1,00,000 to ₹2,00,000 per month
