Job Opportunity: Accounts Head – Kashipur Location

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Accounts Head to lead our accounting team in Kashipur.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
• Manage audits and liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors and financial institutions.
• Lead and mentor the accounts team for optimal performance.
• Implement and maintain robust accounting systems and processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership and analytical skills.
