Job Opportunity: Junior Production Engineer

Required Junior Production Engineer for a Tier-2 Electrical and Electronics Manufacturing Company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain SMT machines 
• Handle offline loading setup
• Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Lead a team of SMT machine operators and ensure smooth production operations.
• Implement 5S activities and Kaizen for continuous improvement on the shop floor.
• Manage manpower handling and ensure their growth and development.
• Perform ESD control and ensure compliance across all production stages.

Key Skills:

• Maintenance of SMT machines such as Fuji NXT M3 & M6.
• Knowledge of TRI AOI operations and reflow ovens.
• Expertise in improving productivity and reducing line inventory.

Job Details:

• Location: SIDCUL, Pantnagar
• Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in production
• Qualification: Diploma in Electronics Engineering
• Duty hours 8 hrs rotational
