Job Opportunity: Customer Care Executive (Fresher)

Location: Haldwani, Rampur Road
Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Assist customers in resolving issues and complaints through various communication channels.
• Maintain customer records and track follow-ups.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by offering timely solutions.

Requirements:
