Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all reservations and booking processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy and high service standards.

- Handle guest inquiries, cancellations, and modifications to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to maximize room occupancy and revenue through effective yield management.
- Coordinate with front desk, sales, and marketing teams to ensure bookings are handled seamlessly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, rates, and availability to provide accurate information.
- Analyze reservation trends and adjust strategies to improve booking efficiency.
- Ensure a high level of customer service, resolving any booking-related issues promptly.
