Hiring: Front Office Executive
Location: Nainital
Experience: 1 to 3 years (preferably in hospitality)
Qualification: 12th / Any Graduate
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries professionally.
- Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and updates in the system.
- Maintain an organized front desk and manage guest records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure a satisfactory resolution.
- Assist with billing, payments, and ensure accuracy in guest transactions.
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
