Hiring: F&B Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the food and beverage department.
• Ensure the highest standards of service, quality, and hygiene in food and beverage offerings.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
• Manage inventory and ordering of food and beverage supplies.
• Supervise and train the F&B team, ensuring smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operation.
