Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the property.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities.
• Train and manage housekeeping staff, ensuring high service standards.
• Ensure proper inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
• Prepare daily and weekly housekeeping reports for management.
