ROLE :- JR.ARCHITECT

Qualification : B.Arch

Experience : 3- 5 years

The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution.

Responsibilities

·        Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project

·        Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards

·        Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process

·        Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets

Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree in architecture

·        3+ years of experience in construction and architecture

·        Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills

·        Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch up, Photoshop etc.

Role Description

The Architect will be responsible for Architecture Projects planning, Architecture Buildings design, Master Planning, Construction Supervisions, Project Co-ordination with Various Clients, Government Authorities & Sub-Consultants.

• Experience in Projects Design
• Ability to create Planting Plans
• Strong knowledge of sustainable design principles
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other Architecture design software
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
• Professional certification in Architecture
