Job Purpose:  
Manage the maintenance of CNC and VMC machines, focusing on minimizing downtime, ensuring equipment reliability, and implementing continuous improvement strategies.  

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for CNC/VMC machines.  
- Ensure proper functioning of PLCs, drives, induction motors, compressors, and generators.  
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with the purchase team.  
- Implement cost-effective maintenance strategies and energy-saving initiatives.  
- Lead and train the maintenance team, fostering teamwork and continuous improvement.  
- Drive Kaizen and TPM initiatives to optimize maintenance processes.  
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance protocols.  

 Qualifications:  
- Education: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.  

- Experience: 5-10 years in CNC/VMC maintenance with expertise in PLCs, drives, and machine shop operations.  
- Skills: Leadership, troubleshooting, TPM, Kaizen, MTTR/MTBF analysis, and maintenance software.
