URGENT HIRING – SALES HEAD

Location: Rudrapur, Dehradun, Haridwar, Delhi, Gurgaon & Noida
Experience: 5–7 Years
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

• Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers and key clients.

• Manage sales planning, territory development and market expansion.

• Monitor sales performance, market trends and competitor activities.

• Negotiate commercial terms and close major business deals.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance reviews.
