KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets

Manage and grow sales across assigned markets in Uttarakhand

Handle distributors, dealers and key customers

Expand distribution network and identify new market opportunities

Monitor sales targets, revenue and market performance

Lead, guide and motivate the sales team

Maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners

Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements

Ensure effective product availability and market coverage

Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management
