KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle customer product return requests

Coordinate return pickups with customers and logistics partners

Process and follow up on refund-related cases

Track returned products and update return status

Coordinate with customers regarding return and refund queries

Coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams for smooth processing

Maintain accurate return and refund records

Resolve return-related issues and ensure timely closure
