Urgent hiring for the Senior Tailors

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality tailored products for home décor, including curtains, cushion covers, and other fabric-based items.
• Work with designers to bring creative concepts to life, ensuring precision in cuts, stitching, and finishes.
• Handle delicate and luxury fabrics with care to maintain product quality.
• Supervise and guide junior tailors to maintain consistent standards.
• Ensure timely completion of projects, meeting client and company deadlines.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Stay updated on new tailoring techniques and tools to improve efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in tailoring, preferably in export houses or high-end boutiques.
• Expertise in working with a variety of fabrics, including silks, linens, and other luxury materials.
• Proficient in using advanced sewing machines and tools.
• Strong understanding of patterns, measurements, and garment construction.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in custom or bespoke tailoring.
• Knowledge of fabric care and maintenance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and production teams.
