Job Description

Urgent hiring for the Senior Accountant 

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger management.
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and tax laws.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings accurately and on time.
• Manage payroll processes and ensure timely disbursement.
• Support annual audits and liaise with auditors and tax consultants.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and implement accounting systems and processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Education: B.Com or M.Com from a recognized institution.
• Experience: 2 to 10 years in accounting roles, preferably in a retail, manufacturing, or home décor company.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP, ) and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
• Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
