Responsibilities

• Design and conceptualize patterns, prints, and textures for home décor items such as cushions, curtains, rugs, and bedding.
• Research current trends in both fashion and interior design to develop innovative concepts.
• Collaborate with the production and design teams to create cohesive collections.
• Experiment with fabrics, materials, and techniques to create prototypes for new products.
• Maintain a balance between creativity and functionality in design.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or degree in Fashion Design from a Polytechnic or C-grade university.
• Strong understanding of fabrics, colors, patterns, and design principles.
• Creativity and ability to translate fashion ideas into home décor designs.
• Basic knowledge of design tools like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop (preferred but not mandatory).
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating unique designs.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of textile printing and fabric processing.
• Familiarity with market trends in home décor and fashion.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
