This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Senior Manager located in Rudrapur. The Unit Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, developing strategies to improve efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Team Management skills

Experience in operations management and process optimization

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of industry regulations and standard

Previous experience in a managerial role in Textile industry
