Urgent hiring for the Production Chemist for the Pharmaceutical Company

Qualification - B.Pharma / M. Pharma

Product - Dry Syrup, Tablet and Capsules

Key Role : 

• • Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all production activities.
  • Assist in preparation and review of manufacturing records and reports.
• • Equipment Handling and Maintenance:
  • Operate, clean, and maintain manufacturing equipment such as blenders, granulators, tablet presses, capsule fillers, and dry syrup filling machines.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely calibration and repair of equipment.
• • Quality Control:
  • Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams to ensure that all products meet quality standards.
  • Conduct in-process checks and ensure zero deviations during production.
• • Team Management:
  • Supervise production assistants and workers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Train team members on SOPs, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
• • Safety and Hygiene:
  • Enforce workplace safety protocols and ensure the cleanliness of the production area.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
