Urgent hiring for the Accounts Executive

1. Cost Analysis and Control

   • Analyze production and operational costs to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
   • Prepare cost reports and statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ICWA standards.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting

   • Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
   • Monitor budget utilization and analyze variances to provide actionable insights.

3. Inventory and Cost Accounting

   • Conduct inventory valuation and cost accounting for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
   • Ensure proper allocation of overheads and accurate costing of products and services.

4. Financial Reporting

   • Prepare cost sheets, profitability statements, and financial analysis reports for management review.
   • Support decision-making by providing detailed cost breakdowns and financial insights.

5. Compliance and Audit

   • Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and cost accounting standards.
   • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate financial data and documentation.

6. Process Improvement

   • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance cost efficiency.
   • Implement best practices in cost management and financial reporting.

7. Collaboration and Support

   • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and sales, to align financial goals.
   • Provide training and guidance to team members on cost-related processes.
