Urgent Hiring – HR Manager (Education Sector)

Location: Rudrapur

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience Required: 5–6 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching & non-teaching staff

Employee onboarding, documentation & record management

Handle attendance, leave management & staff coordination

Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures

Manage employee engagement and grievance handling

Coordinate performance reviews and staff development activities

Support school administration in day-to-day HR operations
