 Business Head Quality - 2W Switch Business at Manesar, Gurgaon (NCR)

We are seeking a seasoned quality leader (~25 years' experience) to drive a business-wide quality transtormation tor mechatronic products including switches, hand controls, and handlebar assemblies (HBA).

Key Responsibilities
* Establish robust quality governance across products, plants, and suppliers
* Ensure readiness of new product launches through APQP/ PPAP oversight
* Drive early-life warranty reduction and eliminate repeat failures
* Strengthen supplier quality for system-level and mechatronic products
* Standardize quality practices across manufacturing locations
* Serve as key quality interface with OEM customers
* Enable digital quality tools for traceability and early risk detection
* Build a prevention-oriented quality culture

Ideal Candidate Profile
* ~25 years in automotive / auto component industry
* Proven experience in senior quality leadership roles
* Exposure to mechatronic or electronically integrated products
* Strong expertise in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plans
* Experience with global OEM customers is essential
* Multi-plant experience preferred
* Experience in global organizations will be an advantage
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
* Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
* Engineering degree required
