Urgent Hiring Finance Manager for the Manufacturing Plant 

Location - Rudrapur 

Salary - 60,000 to 80,000/- per month (Can go up also in this profile)

Key Responsibilities

● Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely quarterly and annual financial statements.

● Management Information Systems (MIS): Oversee the development and delivery of MIS reports,

ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

● Data Integration: Integrate ERP and Tally systems to streamline financial data and reporting.

● Cost Accounting: Implement and manage cost accounting systems to determine profitability on a

product line basis.

● Daily Profitability Analysis: Provide daily profitability reports and financial insights to management.

● Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop budgets and financial forecasts to guide business planning.

● Financial Controls: Establish and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.

● Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring efficient daily transaction

processing.

● Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

● Financial Strategy: Assist in developing financial strategies to support company growth and profitability.

Qualifications

● Chartered Accountant (CA) or ICMAI affiliated or MBA in Finance.

● Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

● Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices.

● Experience with ERP systems and accounting software integration.

● Proficient in financial modelling and use of MS Excel.
