Non-Negotiable Requirements (Must Have):

• Hands-on experience with GeM Portal (Bid creation, BOQ preparation, OEM/Reseller process, Order execution)

• Working knowledge of SAP Ariba (RFQs, Vendor onboarding, Compliance documentation)

• Strong computer skills: MS Excel, PDF handling, Digital Signatures, Portal uploads, MIS reporting

• Prior B2B Sales exposure (Government / PSU / Large Corporate clients preferred)

Note:

• Candidates with sales experience but without GeM/Ariba knowledge will not be considered.

Preferred / Good to Have:

• Experience with tender portals (CPP, e-Procure, State portals)

• Basic knowledge of SAP / CRM tools

• Industry exposure (IT / Electrical / Industrial / Trading sectors)

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

• Identify and participate in relevant GeM and Ariba bids

• Prepare BOQs, compliance documents, and tender submissions

• Manage OEM/Reseller documentation and approvals

• Track RFQs, quotations, and order status

• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, documentation, and delivery

• Maintain MIS reports and sales pipeline

• Develop and maintain B2B relationships with Government and Corporate clients
