Urgent Hiring HR Manager for Manufacturing Plant

Salary - 50,000 to 65,000 (can go up as per candidate experience)
Location - Jaspur and Rudrapur units.
The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and
initiatives aligned with our business objectives. The HR Manager can be situated in either of the two units.
Key Responsibilities
● Labor Management: Oversee labor handling and management across both units.
● Contractor Relations: Manage relationships with labor contractors.
● Policy Development: Define and implement company-wide HR policies.
● Productivity Enhancement: Identify and implement strategies to improve staff productivity and reduce
non-performing manpower, including labor.
● Recruitment: Lead hiring efforts to fill roles efficiently and effectively.
● Incentive Programs: Define and manage incentive and bonus strategies to motivate employees.
● Compliance: Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
● Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment and address employee grievances.
● Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize development programs for staff.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
● Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in India.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficient in HR software and MS Office.
● Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
