Urgent hiring for the Senior Accountant
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger management.
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and tax laws.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings accurately and on time.
- Manage payroll processes and ensure timely disbursement.
- Support annual audits and liaise with auditors and tax consultants.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and implement accounting systems and processes to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Education: B.Com or M.Com from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 2 to 10 years in accounting roles, preferably in a retail, manufacturing, or home décor company.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP, ) and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
