BDS RECRUITMENT PVT. LTD. - Terms & Conditions

1. Registration Requirement: It is mandatory to be registered with BDS RECRUITMENT PVT. LTD. to avail interview services. BDS does not guarantee a job (as it solely depends on candidate ability) or arranging interviews within a specific time period. Shortlisting and calling a candidate for an interview is solely at the discretion of BDS.

   Note: If the candidate is selected through our references or recommendations, they must inform and provide a copy of the appointment letter for our record.

2. Service Charge: At the time of conducting the interview, the candidate should be aware that there will be a 15-day salary charge, which is mandatory in any case. After selection, the candidate will be liable to pay 15 days salary of the first month as our service charges. (No installment will be entertained against our recruitment charges.)

   If the candidate does not comply and deposit the said 15-day salary to BDS, legal action may be taken.

3. Shortlisted Candidates: If any candidate is shortlisted in any interview organized by BDS, and if they join that job within a year, the above condition (Point 2) will be applicable. The candidate will be liable to pay the service charges.
4. Responsibility: If a candidate is selected for a job through BDS RECRUITMENT PVT. LTD., they will be solely the employee of the concerned organization. BDS will not be responsible for any legal disputes or other matters between the candidate and the organization.
5. Registration Cancellation: Registration will be cancelled under the following conditions:
   • If the candidate is inactive for more than 3 months
   • If the candidate does not attend more than one interview conducted by BDS
   • If the candidate discloses the vacancy or company details to anyone else
   • If the candidate does not respond to calls or messages from BDS
   • If the candidate behaves indecently with any of the BDS employees
6. Note: - This application form is valid for Five interviews.
   - The candidate must have a valid Email ID & Aadhar ID for registration.
   - Candidate must have BDS Admin No. saved on their phone to receive job alerts via Broadcast group.
   - A copy of your updated resume must be attached with this application form.
   - The amount paid for registration is non-refundable.
